Who to contact
The website represents Scarecrow Agricultural Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. For privacy questions or requests relating to your enquiry, contact [email protected].
Equipment enquiries
The enquiry form collects the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, company, country, product interest, quantity and message. We use them to understand your request, prepare a response and provide equipment or support information.
Enquiries are securely recorded through Cloudflare-hosted form infrastructure and routed to the sales contact. An authorised website operations contact may receive a copy to support follow-up and measure enquiry performance. Do not submit payment-card information, identification documents or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Website use and measurement
We may measure page visits and actions such as equipment enquiries, video playback and contact-button clicks to understand how the website is used. Our self-hosted analytics service stores measurement data in the United States. It does not use analytics cookies and is configured to respect Do Not Track. Enquiry text and email addresses are not included in website analytics events. Essential security checks help protect forms against spam and automated abuse.
Campaign tags in the page address may be held in browser session storage so an enquiry can be associated with the campaign that brought you here. This information is separate from your message.
Videos and external services
Equipment videos are hosted by YouTube. A video player is loaded when you choose to play a video, at which point YouTube receives information necessary to provide that service. Playback starts muted, and you can use the player controls. YouTube, WhatsApp and email providers handle information according to their own policies when you use their services.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are kept as needed to respond, maintain the business conversation and address relevant operational requirements. You can ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion by emailing the contact above. Please identify the enquiry using its reference if available.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website’s enquiry or measurement tools change. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
